After the swimming pool incident Zac Efron took to social media to thank his fans for their kind words and support. He assures fans that he’s fine after a recent health scare while on vacation in Spain.
Efron thanked his fans for the well wishes
The Iron Claw actor was vacationing in Spain when a minor swimming pool incident took place that landed him in the hospital in Ibiza on Friday, Efron took to his Instagram Story on Sunday to share a health update and thank fans for their support.
Efron posted a shirtless photo of himself with his back on an exercise ball as he lifted dumbbell weights in the summer sun.
With a caption “Happy and healthy — thanks for the well wishes,” Efron posted
Efron’s team told TMZ that the actor was taken to the hospital in Ibiza as a precautionary measure following a “minor swimming incident” at a villa. Then later he went on saying that he is fine and has been discharged from the hospital Saturday morning. As per a source Efron was found inside the swimming pool by two people working at the villa and pulled him out of the water.
For The First Time Efron had a frightening medical emergency
In a report of ET this is far from the first time in recent years that Efron has had a frightening medical emergency. While promoting The Greatest Beer Run Ever in 2022, Efron said at the Toronto International Film Festival that he “almost died” after shattering his jaw in 2013 and sustained a gash in the fall that required stitches.
Efron replied about the rumors that were about his face surgery “My mom told me. I don’t really read the internet, so, I don’t really give a f**k,” Efron said of the rumors that he altered his face with surgery. “It was funny… It sucks, I almost died. But we’re good.”
