The acquisition comes as part of a definitive agreement signed with Endor AG, the parent company of Fanatec, and is pending approval from German regulators.

The deal, which was initially announced in May 2024, has now reached its final stages. Corsair will acquire not only the entire product line of Fanatec but also its dedicated workforce. This strategic move aims to integrate Fanatec’s innovative sim racing technology into Corsair’s existing portfolio, which includes well-known brands like SCUF, Origin PC, and Elgato.

Founded in 1997, Fanatec has established itself as a key player in the simulation racing market, producing high-quality steering wheels, pedals, and cockpits compatible with PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms. In 2023 alone, Fanatec reported sales nearing $110 million, highlighting its significant presence in the industry.

Goals and Future Plans
