The two-week spectacle of the Paris 2024 Olympics comes to a close tonight with the final ceremony at the Stade de France. Paris 2024 began with an unforgettable opening ceremony on July 26 and will officially conclude with a closing ceremony on Sunday, August 11.

The Olympics Closing Ceremony is all set to take place on Sunday, August 11 at 8 pm GMT (9 pm local time in Paris), just a few hours after the final event, the women’s marathon ends. 

Who Will be Performing in the Ceremony? 

Everything is not yet revealed, However, we can expect performances by Billie Eilish, Snoop Dogg, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Additionally, there are rumors of appearances by Jimmy Fallon, Johnny Weir, and Tara Lipinski. As part of the handover to Los Angeles in 2028, H.E.R. is expected to sing the American national anthem.

There’s also a strong possibility that Snoop Dogg will make an appearance, as he has been spotted at several events throughout the past two weeks.

How to Watch in the UK?

The grand farewell to this year’s Olympics in Paris will span 2 hours and 15 minutes. BBC One will broadcast the event live from Paris from 7 pm to 10:30 pm, and you can also stream the ceremony for free on BBC iPlayer.

How to Watch in the USA?

The Closing Ceremony will be broadcast in the USA on NBC and Peacock on August 11, beginning at 2 pm ET. If you don’t have cable, you can watch it by signing up for a live TV streaming service that includes NBC, such as DirecTV, YouTube TV, or Hulu+ Live TV. These platforms are currently offering free trials, allowing you to watch the 2024 Olympics Closing Ceremony at no cost. Moreover, the prime-time coverage on NBC and Peacock will begin at 7 pm ET/PT.
