An “Intoxicated” Travis Scott gets arrested after fight with a bodyguard in Paris Hotel. American rapper Travis Scott was detained early this morning in central Paris following an altercation with his own bodyguard.
The incident unfolded at the George V Hotel, a luxury establishment located in Paris’s eighth district, just steps from the renowned Champs-Élysées. The altercation occurred around 5 a.m. local time, with American rapper Travis Scott reportedly involved in a physical confrontation with his own bodyguard.
Police sources claim Travis Scott was Intoxicated
French news outlet Valeurs Actuelles reports that Scott was detained by authorities at the scene. A police source reports that the 33-year-old musician was allegedly intoxicated during the confrontation.
“The suspect was drunk and had been fighting with another man – possibly a receptionist in the hotel,” one of the official sources involved in the investigation said, Daily Mail reported.
“He was not in the right condition to be questioned straight away, so was put in a cell where he is still sobering up.”
According to a Paris police source, the rapper’s “condition did not initially allow him to be questioned,” but he was scheduled to be interrogated by judicial police on Friday.
Travis Scott was linked to “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” fame and businesswoman Kylie Jenner for a long time. The estranged couple has 2 kids out of wedlock.
When Travis Scott was arrested in June
In June, the rapper was detained in Miami for a reported “disturbance on a yacht.” During questioning, he acknowledged drinking and simply stated, “It’s Miami.”
The Sicko-mode musician got into a physical altercation with Jenner’s ex-boyfriend Tyga in Cannes just one week prior to his arrest in June.
Apparently, Travis is kept in a secluded cell in Paris citing suspicion of “violence against another person.” Travis was traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics 2024. He was seen at a basketball match, supporting team USA.
