In the ongoing FNCS Global Championship results, one team has indisputably dominated the game thus far: the dynamic duo of Peterbot and Pollo, both well-known Fortnite players. Their outstanding performance has distinguished them from the rest of the field, with a dominating lead of more than 100 points after only the first day of competition.
But the race is far from over. A number of other teams have rapidly been gaining ground, with Queasy and Th0masHD emerging as a formidable force in second place, amassing an impressive total of 295 points.
Their standout performance in the second game, scoring a whopping 105 points, has been a major contributing factor to their current standing. Close behind in third place are Flickzy and vic, closely followed by the skilled pairing of Chico and TruleX.
While these duos may not have had a flawless run, their proximity in points keeps them well within contention for the top spot.
It’s a more open field going into the second day of competition in the current International LAN tournament compared to prior FNCS championships where one team frequently gained a significant lead by the midway point.
Even though Peterbot and Pollo are well ahead, there is still a lot of competition, which means there is still a chance for another team to rally and possibly win in the end.
Day 2 is much heavier in the final scoring
