After making her debut in WWE in 2023, Jade Cargill quickly rose to prominence, solidifying her status as a notable figure within the organization. Notable for her impressive skills in the ring, she captured the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship twice, showcasing her remarkable talent and tenacity.
Recently, the celebrated SmackDown star shared a glimpse of her latest tattoo on social media, drawing parallels to fellow wrestler Cody Rhodes’ iconic ink, further solidifying her place in the wrestling world.
It seems to be a temporary tattoo
As the longest-reigning TBS Champion in AEW history, Cargill stunned the pro wrestling world. The 32-year-old is currently demonstrating her value in the tag team division of World Wrestling Entertainment, despite the fact that she has not yet taken home a significant singles title.
Recently, Jade Cargill shared a fresh neck tattoo on her Instagram Stories. Jokingly mentioning the neck tattoo from The American Nightmare, she stated that it was her Cody Rhodes tattoo.
“My Cody Tat,” she stated.
However, based on the stories Cargill posted on Instagram about her day out with her husband, Brandon Phillips, and their kid, it appears to be a temporary tattoo. They appeared to be lounging around the SmackDown star’s play area, which is where the temporary tattoo may have been applied.
“You have to be 100% in front of all these people”
Jade Cargill stated on an episode of The Masked Man Show that, despite the difficulties of traveling practically daily, she has had to be constantly on the road and give her all in front of the people ever since she joined WWE.
Cargill said that this pace was very different from her experience in All Elite Wrestling and that she was not used to it.
She said “I think that’s crazy. You have to go out there, you have to perform, you have to be 100% in front of all these people, regardless if you’re jet lagged … That is very much different for me because I was so used to working one day a week, maybe two days a week, traveling in same day and leaving the next morning as early as I can,”
A lot of fans want WWE to promote Jade Cargill as a solo artist. What the creative has in store for the future of the current half of the Women’s Tag Team Champion will be exciting to watch.
