Former WWE head writer Vince Russo thinks that Dominik Mysterio isn’t receiving genuine buzz from the fans that he should be receiving. Despite being one of the top wrestlers in the company, Russo feels that the crowd’s reaction to Dominik might not be as authentic as it appears. He exposes WWE’s ploy to get heat for the Raw star.
Beaten By The Terror Twins
Dominik Mysterio currently performs on the Raw brand. Mysterio and Liv Morgan were badly beaten by The Terror Twins, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley at the Bash in Berlin event.
This week on Raw, The drama continued when The Judgment Day came to the ring. Once again, Dominik tried to speak, but the crowd’s loud boos drowned out his words.
“If you don’t think they are not piping in the Dominik Mysterio heat, let me explain to you guys how you know they are piping in the heat. Dominik says one syllable and immediately lowers the mic every single time because he’s being cued to. They know once Dom says one syllable, cue the music. And watch Dominik bro, he says, Wha–, Ah–. What would Dominik do if the house didn’t boo?” said Vince Russo, reported by Sportskeeda.
“If You Do It Once, That’s One Thing”
On Legion of RAW, Russo said that WWE was piping in the boos and explained that the sounds came on immediately after Mysterio tried to utter a word. He also pointed out that the star always preferred lowering his mic after every word he spoke like it was rehearsal.
“If you do it once, that’s one thing. Oh my God, bro, it’s 15 times. Every time there is a Dominik promo,” Russo added while criticizing WWE for using fake crowd noises during Mysterio’s promo.
Damian Priest and Jey Uso won against Finn Balor and JD McDonagh in the main event, making another difficult night for Judgement Day.
