Several current and former WWE personalities, such as the talented Adam Pearce, the stunning Mandy Rose, and the charismatic Matt Cardona, recently expressed their reactions on various social media platforms to share their thoughts on a heartfelt update posted by a former Divas Champion.
The individual at the center of this emotional revelation is none other than Maryse, who is well-known as the wife of wrestling star The Miz.
“I can’t believe my baby is turning 5”
WWE star Maryse, 41, joined in 2006 and trained at Ohio Valley Wrestling. She made her first televised appearance in 2007 and won the WWE Divas Championship twice.
She still makes sporadic TV appearances with her husband, The Miz, whom she married in 2014.
Maryse just posted an emotional update on Instagram about Madison, the A-Lister’s kid, who is about to turn five. The former Divas Champion expressed her admiration for Madison in the description of her post.
She wrote “I can’t believe my baby is turning 5 in less than a week!!! Madison we ❤️ you so much!!! ,”
A number of well-known WWE figures, including Chelsea Green, Mandy Rose, Matt Cardona, Katana Chance, Kayla Braxton, Natalya, Bianca Belair, and more, liked Maryse’s heartfelt post.
Maryse revealed that she was diagnosed with a very rare pre-cancer of the ovaries
Maryse disclosed in February 2024 that she had been diagnosed with an extremely uncommon ovarian pre-cancer. Following her procedure, the celebrity posted an encouraging update on Instagram.
According to her letter, pathology verified that her illness had not progressed and she was now tumor-free.
“As you know, 2 weeks ago I went in to surgery to have my ovaries/uterus/tubes/cervix/omentum removed. I also had staging (removal) of the lymph nodes in my abdomen to see if the disease had spread. Pathology confirmed that it had not which is amazing news! More amazing news is that I am tumor free!” She wrote.
The former Divas Champion went on to say that just seven out of a million women in the US were impacted by her situation because it was so uncommon. She also gave thanks to the medical staff and her physician.
Maryse has been absent from the ring for a long time, last appearing in a mixed tag team match with The Miz against Edge and Beth Phoenix. It remains to be seen if she will return to in-ring action.
