The helicopter, carrying a total of five passengers, embarked on its journey at 1:54 am from Kathmandu to Syaphrubensi. Among the passengers were four Chinese nationals. The aircraft was on route to its destination when it took off.
Three minutes after taking off from Tribhuvan International Airport, the helicopter abruptly lost contact with a tower, leaving a sense of unease and concern in the air. Police confirmed that five bodies have been recovered
