According to the reports of Sportskeeda, the Genshin Impact 5.2 update will feature two new playable characters, namely Chasca and Ororon. While the details of the Ororon are still unclear, those who have completed the Natlan Archon Quest might be familiar with the Chasca. Moreover, Travelers can expect to get rerun banners for two Mondstadt characters in version 5.2.
Will Feature Two New Playable Characters
As per Iris Leaks, Chasca and Ororon are expected to be released in the update of Genshin Impact 5.2 and are likely to go live on October 9, 2024. The Natlan Archon Quest claimed that the Chasca has an Anemo Vision. Moreover, Chasca is seen using a Bow in one of the quest cutscenes, suggesting it will be her weapon of choice as a playable character. As of now, there is not much detail on Ororon.
Iris Leaks at first confirmed that both Chasca and Ororon are 5-star characters but later revealed that the Ororon is a 4-star Electro unit, making Chasca the only new 5-star unit in the updated version.

Albedo Could Get A Rerun Banner
According to Foul, Travelers can anticipate a rerun banner for Wanderer in Genshin Impact 5.2 and they also expected that the update will also contain the Dragonspine event, which may continue the story from the version 4.8 event involving Durin.
Albedo could also get a rerun banner if the Dragonspine event is in version 5.2 as it is an early Natlan update. Also, Raiden Shogun is set for version 5.0, while Nahida and Mavuika are rumored for versions 5.1 and 5.3, respectively. In addition to this, players can expect a Dragonspine event in Mondstadt. Venti has a possibility of getting a rerun in version 5.2.
