According to reports, the Duke of Sussex wants to spend Christmas in the UK with his spouse and kids. But Markle is hesitant to resign on British soil because she is still worried for their safety. Charles Spencer has extended an invitation for the Sussexes to spend Christmas at Althorp.
This might be ‘a true turning point’ in their marriage, insiders told an Express piece that quoted them on how terrible things had gotten.
The report said “Harry is keen for the Sussexes to spend time in the UK this Christmas with family. However, there are still concerns lingering over their security. Meghan has always shown a reluctance to travel to the United Kingdom and finds it quite a challenge with all that’s been going on,”
Prince Harry has undertaken a series of solo trips in recent weeks
Even though he has abdicated his official royal duties, King Charles’ younger son Harry is rarely out of the media spotlight. However, this month has seen an especially strong emphasis on the Duke of Sussex as he celebrated his 40th birthday and started making public appearances.
The British Royal is said to have been “seeking personal space” after making a number of solo travels in recent weeks. According to reports, Harry wants to increase his profile as a global philanthropist, while Meghan intends to start her own lifestyle brand.
As part of a four-day tour across the continent earlier this month, the Duke stopped in neighboring South Africa and the tiny mountain kingdom of Lesotho. In late September, he traveled to the UK for a humanitarian event for youngsters with life-threatening illnesses.
