While Amber Heard was providing testimony against Johnny Depp’s libel case on the 11th day at London’s High Court, the charge that Elon Musk came to offer the actress with a “24/7 security” following her wish of order against her ex-husband came to the forefront.
Later on, she refuted such claims alleging she didn’t stay in touch with the Space X founder until 2016.
Bearing the brunt
It was on Tuesday that Depp’s attorney, Eleanor Laws QC enquired Heard based on her statement. There the lawyer voiced the latter’s claims stating Mr. Depp to be “illogically jealous” apart from the fact that Heard wasn’t pursuing any “illicit relationships”.
The trial judge, Justice Nicol, however, interceded in the hearing to mention the expression “illicit… carries a connotation”. His statement was followed by Heard’s reply who told, “Not that matters much, but no.” Later on, Ms. Laws agreed with the same saying, “No, it doesn’t.”
