Jennifer Aniston first got her big break in the industry in 1994 with her second screen debut in sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S, where she played the role of Rachel Green. The show completed its tenth season back in May 2004 which yet continues to be the most-watched sitcom in the history of television. Fans however yet adore its cast and characters in compared to any other shows.
Flipping Through The Lifelike Challenges: Jennifer
Thanks to F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Jennifer Aniston quickly bagged her career turning out to be one of the most acclaimed and respected actors in Hollywood. But not many of her admirers know how broken she was, before pursuing her role in the sitcom. In a recent interview, Aniston revealed about her journey towards success and the inevitable hardships that she confronted with surmounting confidence.
Muddling Through: The Embedded Milestone For Aniston
Speaking to an entertainment portal, Jennifer shared about her past life when she worked at an ice cream place and as a waitress for nearly two and a half years before her present venture. All the while, she also auditioned for roles, but could not even get a commercial, let alone a role in any TV show.
She finally tipped off a breakthrough point in the screen with a mediocre sitcom known as Muddling Through which almost cost her the role of Rachel Green in F.R.I.E.N.D.S with clashing schedules. Luckily for Jennifer, Muddling Through ended only after six episodes before F.R.I.E.N.D.S even began.
The network did not think Muddling Through would be picked up ever which pushed Aniston to give auditions for ‘second position’. Reading the script of F.R.I.E.N.D.S., she branded it to be contemporary with New York City as its exclusive set, apart from being funny, unique and interesting.
