The final movie in the Skywalker Saga is hitting the small screen for the first time in the upcoming month where all the films will be available on 4K Blu-ray.

Star Wars To Stream In The Boob Tube

Star Wars website reported that, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is exclusively going digital on March 17 which will also be available in Blu-ray, DVD and Ultra 4K HD versions on March 31!
In the UK, the digital edition will be available on April 13, followed by physical versions on April 20.

What About Extras?

Extras will include a feature-length documentary called The Skywalker Legacy, as well as a look at the movie’s desert scenes. There will also be features o how the creatures team made 584 creatures and droids for The Rise of Skywalker, besides a digital-exclusive on composer John Williams!

The movie which is ninth in the series, hit the theatres in December crossing the $1 billion mark at the box office worldwide in January.

For the completists like you, the surprise isn’t yet over! The prequels, the original trilogy, The Force Awakens and Rogue One will also release on 4K Blu-ray for the first time on March 31.

The Next Exciting Deal

However, a $250 Skywalker Saga 4K UHD box set will be available from Best Buy, with 27 discs compiling all nine films of the main saga, 26 hours of special features, a chic Death Star box, a concept art book and a letter from Mark Hamill.

Most of the Star Wars movies are already available to watch in 4K on streaming service Disney Plus. Solo is only on Netflix until July.

Now, The Rise of Skywalker is just awaited. Hurry up to tune to your favourite space opera at your convenience from now on!
