The famous actor Nicolas Cage will soon portray a dramatised version of himself in The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent in which he will be seen struggling to get a role in Quentin Tarantino’s latest movie.
As per The Hollywood Reporter, the film has Nicholas speaking to an ‘’egotistical 1990s version of himself who rides him for making too many crappy movies and for not being a star anymore.’’
The 55-year-old Hollywood actor along with this, the twisted plot synopsis also shared that it will show Cage in a series problem and that is a major debt. He will be seen struggling to solve the issues with his teenage daughter and also agrees to attend a Mexican fan’s birthday party for $1 million as well.
Eventually, the story will take a turn where Nicolas will be informed by the CIA about this fan’s drug cartel and will hire him in as an informer of them. However, things will again take a u-turn and unthinkable for him when the drug cartel will invite his ex-wife and his daughter with the aim of reconciling.
The movie has been written by Kevin Etten and Tom Gormican, and it will be directed by Tom as well. Although HBO Max and Paramount fought over the rights as the concept of the film was so big, Lionsgate had the last laugh.
Meanwhile, Nicolas Cage will feature in a new horror film called Wally’s Wonderland. There he will play the lead role which follows a janitor who is forced to spend the night in a twisted amusement park and there he is pulled into a living nightmare. Kevin Lewis will direct the movie which will begin production in January.
