Jennifer Aniston said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that there is no reboot is going to happen of the popular television show Friends but the famous actor has given a hint that there is something special coming up with all the cast together.
However, Jennifer Aniston became an instant hit with her debut on Instagram with a photo that has featured the actor with popular television show Friends’ star cast Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer as well. Recently, on The Ellen, the actor was questioned on DeGeneres Show by the guest of the episode singer Charlie Puth alongside Ellen if the show is going to be a reboot, to which the actor replied “No.”
Moreover, she continued, “We would love for there to be something but we don’t know what that something is. So, we are just trying, we are really trying… we are working on something.” When Ellen said if we can say that it is going to be a movie and not a reboot, Jennifer replied, “No, we don’t know. I don’t know yet. I don’t want to lead people on.”
Ellen asked Jennifer the reason why her first photo is featured all the Friends’ cast if no reboot was taking place. “We did that because we miss each other and we all happened to be in the same part of the world,” the actor replied. However, Ellen sounded unsatisfied by the answer. She said, “Right. Nobody falls for that, Jen. Nobody’s like, ‘Well let’s all get together ‘cause we haven’t seen each other.’”
Charlie, who is a self-confessed fan of the series, shared, “Sounds to me like there’s something in the works.”
On the other hand, Jennifer ended the conversation by not revealing much about anything but a hint with something special. Currently, the actor is busy in promoting her series The Morning Show which also starred Reese Whitherspoon. The show is all set to go on air from November 1 onwards on Apple TV+.
