Amid the Coronavirus outbreak all over the world, the world has stopped nearly from everywhere. To speak about this matter US President Donald Trump has been holding press briefings to address the people. Usually, people used to ask him tough questions related to the deadly coronavirus, but that wasn’t the scene this time.
However, a reporter recently asked him about Joe Exotic instead of asking anything about the crunch situation.
The New York Post reportedly asked the US President, “What are his thoughts on pardoning the ‘Tiger King’ star?” This is a Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness is based on Joe Exotic’s life.
Joe Exotic has been serving a 22-year long sentence for preparing the murder of his arch-rival Carole Baskin along with 17 federal charges of animal abuse as well. Usually, for this crime, no one would get pardoned.
However, the incident took place when the eldest son of Trump’s joked about his father to pardon Joe Exotic.
According to the New York Post, Don Jr. said, “Now, I don’t even know exactly what he was charged with…I watched the show, but it was like, I don’t know exactly what he was guilty of or wasn’t. It doesn’t seem like he was totally innocent of anything. But when they’re saying, ‘We’re putting this guy away for 30 years,’ I’m saying that seems sort of aggressive.”

At that time Steven Nelson thought to ask him this question at the White House press briefing. In reply, Trump said, “Which son? It must be Don. I had a feeling it was Don.” He also added that he has no idea about Joe and he would look into the matter as well. However, the crimes what Joe Exotic has committed, it is beyond everyone’s hand that he will ever get a pardon for this.
