Lawsuit filed by X
X has filed a lawsuit against advertising companies like WFA, Unilever, Orsted, Mars, and CVS Health, alleging illegal boycott plots, resulting in substantial financial losses for the social media giant, filed in a Texas federal court.
The lawsuit alleges that firms conspired to violate US antitrust law by aiming to harm X by acting against their financial goals. It seeks to deter efforts to withhold advertising dollars from X and unspecified damages.
