Black dots, acne, and blemishes are the main problems of every skin of a young person. There is probably no one who would not be in contact with them at least once in his life. The problem is choosing not to choose too much – in other words; it does not endure either in age, gender, social or any other. Equally, both men and women, adolescents, adults, ordinary people, and well-known stars are faced at least once with blackheads.

Such problems are caused by the interaction of many factors: through the intense activity of the sebaceous glands (especially in adolescence) and the effects of bacteria that come on the skin. That’s why there are two ways to solve this problem: externally, cleaning the epidermis and removing excess skin fats, and from the inside – balancing your diet, eating healthy food, drinking plenty of water and cleansing the body.

Blackhead Removal – What Is Effective And What Not?

First of all, discover the cause of the appearance of blackheads, because the diagnosis is directly related to the proper treatment, and it helps prevent the occurrence of blackheads. Some medications are short-term, and some are long-term. The blackheads are best removed with a mild skin scrub containing weak benzoyl peroxide. Alphacryl-fructose acids in the skin scrubs and eliminates dead skin cells, so the blackheads are poorly protected and easy to clean.

Although this is a short-term treatment that helps to get rid of the blackheads, it is dangerous to take too much benzoyl peroxide or to even exfoliate too much skin as this may harm your skin.

How to get rid of blackheads?

Blackhead removal recipe: removes damaged cells, excess skin fats and destroys bacteria. And we are doing this in no other way but in that order. Very often the appearance of blackheads is associated with “clogged pores.” The problem is due to bled skin cells, which are not entirely removed in the usual way, while those that remain are mixed with skin fats and clog pores, creating a supportive factor for multiplying bacteria.

  • Use a face wash with salicylic acid. This wash cleanses the skin and removes the upper layer of squamous cells. Use only those washing products that do not have oil (can do it every day – regular cleaning of the face does not hurt). Blackhead masks

With oily skin, it is advisable to use face masks containing carbon, clay. They dry the skin and stop the appearance of blackheads. However, they should be used with caution and be continuously monitored, in case the facial skin from the mask does not dry too much and does not lose much water.

Yoghurt mask

Mix 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt with a slurry of lemon juice, a few drops of oil and two tablespoons of oats. Leave the mixture for a few minutes to allow the oats to swallow slightly. Apply the mask onto a clean face, and leave it for 10 minutes. Repeat three times a week until the skin is completely cleared.

Oatmeal and Tomato Mask

You will need tomato juice, a teaspoon of honey and oats. Mix juice with honey, and then add oats as needed, allow them to swallow. Use the mask just like yogurt. Tomatoes are incredibly beneficial for the skin, so it is essential to include them in the diet: not only provides elasticity, protects the skin from harmful environmental effects, cleans it, but also prevents cancer.

Blackhead Removal Tool

Blackheads should be removed by pushing them with your fingers or a specially designed tool. In any case, this procedure must be carried out properly – only then it will not cause any adverse effect. If you do this incorrectly, your skin may appear dark in the areas of where you were pulling out the blackheads. Also, red spots can appear, which will not disappear so quickly. Although these spots are not be visible forever until the color of the skin starts to get even, and it could take at least a few days to wait. It happens that the spots disappear only after a month.

Today, peel off mask can be made of three components:

1. Of black clay

2. Of active wood charcoal

3. From therapeutic mud

All these ingredients are actively used in cosmetology. The most effective black peeling masks are made from activated carbon, but at the same time, these are dangerous because they adhere firmly to the skin and then while peeling off irritating the skin. It is recommended to use a black mask only after consulting a specialist.

Discard unhealthy food.

This means that you will have to give up sweets, crisps and practically all products that contain a lot of refined sugar and fat. Try to eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you can. Recall – you are what you eat!

Drink plenty of water.

Water is not a magical treatment for acne or other skin problems, but it is a great way to hydrate the skin. If the skin dehydrates, then its vitality, natural shine disappears. It is because the lack of moisture causes the sebaceous glands to produce more fluid, causing skin pains to clog.

Give up “white” food.

Such products have a high glycemic index. Cakes, light noodles, buns, white bread and all products containing wheat flour or white sugar should be discarded from your diet.

Good Fat.

Omega-3 fatty acids are a perfect way to treat acne – not only it maintains skin moisture but also control the production of leukotriene B4 (can increase the activity of the sebaceous glands and cause acne). Add salmon, green vegetables, peanuts and avocados to your menu. You can also try omega-3 acid vitamins.
