The launched teaser of Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Black Widow depicts Florence Pugh, William Hurt and Rachel Weisz in significant roles apart from Scarlett Johansson and David Harbour. The new promo which came out on Monday casts a special look on the actress in her definitive mission against a masked villain as the superhero reunites with old allies like Florence Pugh’s Yelena, Rachel Weisz’s Malena, and David Harbour’s Alexei, a.k.a. the Red Guardian and her sister (Yelena Belova) to complete their due business.

The Dawn of a New War
The question surfacing in everyone’s mind has been what forces Natasha aka Johansson to go back to her past and who the demons would be in the new game of war in her universe. The 1.30min video starring Scarlett Johansson throws light on the sister banter between Natasha and Yelena in obvious ways offering a glimpse of the bad guy, Taskmaster as an ironic twist in the movie. But the timeline of the film is yet placed under introspection among the fans where the events take place before Avengers: Infinity War.

For Your Information
Directed by Cate Shortland, the film appears as a prequel set in the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War following Nat into the mysterious Red Room program. David Harbour as the Red Guardian is seen to deliver solid punches predicted to provide comic relief in the Marvel flick rather than extending support to Natasha’s character.
“I was trying to do something good — be more than just a trained killer,” Natasha says, marked by Yelena’s reply “You’re fooling yourself,” “We’re still both trained killers.”.
Black Widow is expected to hit the theaters on May 1.
