Judge John W Ouderkrik was presiding the divorce case of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Jolie has lost the battle against removing the judge from the proceedings of the case. Jolie has earlier stated that the Judge failed and denied to disclose the ‘Ongoing business and relationships’ which he shared with Brad Pitt’s legal team. This caused a conflict in the case and Jolie wanted him to be removed. She also stated that it was not fair on John’s part to preside over the case.

What did the court document state?
The Court documents were collected by the Daily Mail. It clearly shows that Judge Ouderkirk shall remain in the presiding. One of the sources has reported that judge Ouderkrik was bought in by Jolie’s legal team now as the outcome is going to be different and not like how Angelina wanted it to be, she wants him to get removed.

The court documents also mentioned that the judge had cleared the relationship he shares with Brad Pitt’s legal team and Jolie is aware of it since 2018. Ouderkirk had many appointments with Pitt’s legal team which was all known to Jolie.
