In recent times, Ellen DeGeneres and the show are on the rows as the former producer has accused the host to be toxic along with the workplace. The staffers claim that by toxicity they mean racism and bullying by the upper management. Also, they say that the American Comedian is herself mean-spirited.

The 2003 staff Hedda Muskat reveals to The Wrap on August 3, that she had witnessed a ‘culture of fear’ from the time she has joined the show. She has never seen a toxic host she claimed.
